These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Leads Genie LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Askable ("Askable," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Askable platform and services available at askable.dev (the "Service"). By registering for an account, clicking "Sign In," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Askable is an AI visibility and optimization platform that analyzes how businesses are perceived, cited, and recommended by AI-powered platforms and search engines — including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.

• AI visibility audits that score and grade your business's presence on AI platforms (the "Askable Score")
• Prioritized action plans and optimization recommendations based on audit findings
• Ongoing monitoring of AI platform visibility and sentiment over time
• Competitive intelligence and benchmarking available on higher-tier plans
• Agency-level tools for managing multiple client audits and reporting

03 — Accounts & Eligibility

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for business use. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

You may register using Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@askable.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated. You may not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

One Account Per User

Each individual may maintain only one personal account. Agency plan holders may manage multiple client organizations under a single account as permitted by their subscription tier.

04 — Subscription Plans & Billing

Subscription Plans & Billing

Askable offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. Features available to you depend on your current plan.

Billing & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize Askable to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Taxes

Subscription prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies associated with your purchase.

05 — Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel Anytime — No Contracts

There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@askable.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to paid features through that date.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period, downgrade adjustments, feature limitations, or mid-cycle cancellations beyond the initial guarantee period. To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact billing@askable.dev.

Downgrading

You may downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and may result in loss of access to certain features, historical data, or client organizations associated with higher-tier plans.

Free Tier Data After 30 Days

Audit data from free-tier accounts is automatically deleted 30 days after audit completion. Upgrading to a paid plan before the 30-day window preserves your data. We are not liable for data loss following the expiration of the free-tier retention period.

06 — Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not:

• Submit URLs or business information you do not have authorization to analyze or represent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our underlying algorithms, scoring methodologies, or AI models
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a valid Agency plan and Askable's express written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our infrastructure
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage or circumvent rate limits
• Submit false or fraudulent information to manipulate audit results
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate Askable personnel or other users

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation, without prior notice.

07 — Disclaimer of Warranties

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Nature of Audit Results

The Askable Score and all audit outputs are analytical assessments based on available data processed through our proprietary scoring methodology and AI-powered analysis. They represent our best assessment at the time of the audit and may not reflect real-time conditions on any AI platform.

No Guarantee of Results

Askable makes no guarantee that implementing our recommendations will improve your visibility on AI platforms, increase traffic, generate leads, or produce any specific business outcome. AI platforms operate independently and update their algorithms continuously without notice to us or to you.

Third-Party Platform Changes

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any AI platform including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Perplexity. These platforms may change their algorithms or recommendation criteria at any time.

08 — Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Business Decisions

You acknowledge and agree that Askable is not responsible for any business decisions, investments, marketing activities, or other actions you take based on information, scores, or recommendations provided by the Service. You assume full responsibility for how you use and act upon audit results.

Aggregate Liability Cap

Askable's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Askable in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Essential Basis

The limitations in this section apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, or strict liability. You acknowledge that these limitations are an essential element of the agreement between you and Askable, and that Askable would not provide the Service absent such limitations.

09 — Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

Askable's IP

The Service, including all software, algorithms, scoring methodologies, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and content created by Askable (collectively, "Askable IP"), is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Leads Genie LLC d/b/a Askable. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Askable IP.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all URLs, business information, and data you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Askable a limited license to access, process, and analyze it solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service.

Audit Reports

Audit reports generated for your account are licensed to you for internal business use. Agency plan holders may share reports with clients on whose behalf the audit was conducted. You may not resell or commercially distribute audit reports without Askable's prior written consent.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Askable a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution.

10 — Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account, or by contacting support@askable.dev. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund under our money-back guarantee. Cancellations after the 7-day window take effect at the end of the current billing period with no further charges.

Termination or Suspension by Askable

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine:

• Material violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Non-payment of subscription fees after reasonable notice
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity on free-tier accounts (exceeding 180 days)
• Discontinuation or significant modification of the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases. Data deletion follows our retention policy. Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination by their nature.

11 — Indemnification

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leads Genie LLC d/b/a Askable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your access to or use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Any User Content you submit, including claims of third-party rights infringement
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any business decisions or actions you take based on audit results or recommendations from the Service

12 — Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us at support@askable.dev with a written description of your claim. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

Jurisdiction & Venue

If informal resolution fails, any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue.

Waiver of Class Actions

You agree that any claims against Askable shall be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Time Limitation

Any claim arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose. Claims not filed within this period are permanently barred.

13 — Changes to These Terms

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date on this page
• Send notice to your registered email at least 14 days before changes take effect
• Display a prominent notification within the platform

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account before the effective date.
